Privacy policy

This policy explains how information is processed on the Eibifri institutional website, a personal initiative by Eugenius Friedmann in Brazil. The privacy contact is ef@eibifri.com.

What this site does

The site introduces 1stgeniusAI, demonstrations and project areas. It does not offer user accounts, social login, payments, newsletter subscriptions or data-collection forms. The prompt lab runs in your browser without sending text to an AI model or a server.

Information processed

• Browsing: hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested URLs, browser types and technical records to deliver pages, prevent abuse and investigate faults.
• Voluntary contact: if you send an email, your address, name when provided, and message content are processed to respond and follow up. Do not send passwords, documents, health information or other sensitive data.
• Demonstration area: prompt selection and animation state stay only in page memory and are discarded when it closes. The Copy button uses your device clipboard when you choose to activate it.

Purposes and legal bases

Messages are used to respond to your request and, where applicable, take preliminary steps toward a contract you have requested. Technical operations, security and abuse prevention may rely on legitimate interests, respecting necessity, proportionality and your rights. Legal obligations are met where required. If a purpose requires consent, we will request it separately before processing.

Search and filters in the 1stgeniusAI library run only in your browser. Search text is not sent to a server or stored. Material links open external sources. The RSS feed publishes editorial references only and can be followed in a reader of your choice.

Cookies, advertising and AI

This website's code does not install cookies, advertising pixels or analytics tools, and does not use visitor data to train AI models. Fonts and images are served as local website files. There is no personalized advertising or sale of personal data. See the cookie policy for the hosting scope.

Providers and external links

Hosting and security services may process technical records to make this website available. Email contact uses the owner's email service, Apple iCloud Mail, as well as your chosen provider. When accessed through a Sites/ChatGPT address, OpenAI infrastructure and its providers may also process technical and authentication data under their own policies.

When you click Instagram, LinkedIn or another destination, you leave this website. The destination platform processes your browsing under its own rules. This version does not automatically embed feeds or offer Meta or Google login.

Retention and international transfers

Messages are retained as needed to respond, follow up on requests or meet legal duties. Technical records follow the hosting provider's settings and retention periods, limited to operational purposes. Providers may process data outside Brazil; applicable legal transfer mechanisms must be observed where required. You can ask about processing and retention using the contact below.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, restriction or deletion where appropriate, portability where applicable, objection and withdrawal of consent. You may also petition Brazil's ANPD. To exercise your rights, write to ef@eibifri.com, describing your request. Identity verification will be limited to what is necessary to protect your data.

Deletion instructions are available at Data deletion. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate earlier lawful processing or remove legally required retention obligations.

Children and teenagers

This institutional website was not designed to collect children's data. If you identify an inappropriate submission of a minor's data, contact us for review and deletion where appropriate.

Other projects and updates

This policy covers this website, not every future service under the brand. Applications processing camera footage, travel information, social accounts or other integrations must have specific documentation before use. Material changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date.

Language and approximate location

The initial language may be selected using the approximate country of your IP address, provided by the hosting infrastructure on this same domain. We do not request GPS or precise location. If this information is unavailable, we use your browser language. The automatic choice stays in sessionStorage for the session. When you use PT/EN/ES, your preference is saved in localStorage in this browser until you clear site data or choose another language. We do not use this preference for advertising or identification.
